Five Star Product Warranty
ACCO Brands will replace any Five Star product that is returned within one year from the date of purchase. This guarantee does not cover damage due to misuse or abuse.
To honor this guarantee please reach out to the ACCO Brands Customer Care Team by emailing them at cop_consumer_relations@acco.com with pictures of your product and proof of purchase. The pictures should show the damage to the product and the front cover to identify which item you have. We are more than happy to honor our guarantee and show how much we stand behind Five Star gear!
